The Consumer Protection Association is an independent body offering a range of services designed to protect the interests of the consumer when using companies offering home improvement services. As a member, Paines Conservatory Specialists have satisfied the CPA that we are a thoroughly professional organisation. All our work is subject to a consumer survey administered by the CPA. The survey allows the CPA to evaluate the quality of its members, product, installation and service.

We are very proud of the results we have achieved and in 2004 100% of our customers said that the installation was carried out efficiently, our staff were professional and courteous and that they would recommend our company to others. The annual survey results for 2004 have shown that our customers' overall satisfaction falls in the top two categories as defined by the CPA with 80% excellent and 20% very good.
