This status has only been achieved following independent assessment and approval by the British Board of Agrement (BBA). The BBA’s field inspectors physically inspect our sites and office on an ongoing basis to check and approve stringent criteria covering both our installations and our customer service. As a member, we are also obligated to attend regular training sessions ensuring that we are kept up to date with the latest product and industry developments.
